In this day and age, it is very common for people to complain about all matter of things. We would like to take time to give praise and thanks to Lauren and Mike. Lauren’s management skills, customer service, prompt responses, and professionalism are of the highest order. Mike and his maintenance team are fantastic. In the past many maintenance problems consisted of hasty patch work. Mike has replaced patch work with immediate attention and repair. The consistent presence of the maintenance team on the property, especially at this time is very reassuring. We thank you all, for not only making Hyde Park Greens again, but for giving us a greater sense of security, safety, attention, and well being.

It is unfortunate that human nature is such that it causes people to be quick to complain and yet so slow in complimenting. In order to not fall into this category we want to acknowledge the positive changes that are taking place at Hyde Park Condominiums/Hyde Park Greens Apartments. As long time residents, we know first-hand that much of this is attributed to Lauren the on-site property manager whom they now have. Since taking on this challenging position, Lauren is instrumental in handling complaints and requests in a timely manner. She is attentive, professional, and really cares about improving this community. Lauren’s dedication, professionalism, and her overall knowledge of what’s needed to run a property. Additionally, she is doing a great job in not renewing the leases of problematic tenants and has heightened the screening for new tenants. The new lightning and installation of video cameras has given a great sense of security and well-being. Also, kudos to maintenance supervisor Mike and his team who are doing a terrific job in handling the day-to-day maintenance. Keep us the great work, it’s appreciated!

TRION has been around for a bit. We’ve been in contact for a few years on our whereabouts throughout the 3 property managers we were with within a two year time span. Our Board approved a transition to Trion because of lackluster performance of the last company, which was oversold to us during the interview. By far, even our sponsor accepts that Trion has done more for our building than their predecessors even with disapproval at first. Trion has been growing with us now that they are in the New York City 5 Borough territory. This is the land where few really excel at property management with one of the strictest set of building and housing codes in the country and with the oddest types of owners we can find in dense housing. Remediation for us has taken years, but that’s part of our strategy to be whole again with the limited cash flow we have. We see progress in the right direction.
